Since 1969, Minute Women Home Care has provided home care services, including specialized dementia care to seniors in and around the Boston area. We have cared for thousands of families who needed help keeping their parents at home where they can age-in-place.

Minute Women Home Care provides specialized dementia care services for families navigating the complexities of dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Our Four Step Process:
1) Assess and collaborate – We perform a comprehensive assessment and collaborate with your loved one’s care teams
2) Individualized Care Plan – We create customer care plans that evolve over time to maximize success and safety at home.
3) Training – We train our caregivers using the Alzheimer’s Association endorsed training programs, including being certified in person-centered dementia care training programs from the Alzheimer’s Association.

We offer  Free Home Safety Evaluations, completed by an Occupational Therapist/ aging-in-place-specialist. We then provide a personalized recommendation list. Common modifications include Grabbars, Ramps, StairLifts, TubCuts, Bathroom Adaptive Equipment , Custom Railings & more. Grant programs are available for individuals that we can discuss during the assessment. We focus on spreading awareness in the community, and educating on steps to improve overall safety in the home.
