Minute Women Home Care

Since 1969, Minute Women Home Care has provided home care services, including specialized dementia care to seniors in and around the Boston area. We have cared for thousands of families who needed help keeping their parents at home where they can age-in-place.

Minute Women Home Care provides specialized dementia care services for families navigating the complexities of dementia and Alzheimer’s.

We work with families to provide a safe environment so seniors can age-in-place with trained memory care professionals who know how to care for seniors who have complex needs that are related to their disease.

Our Four Step Process:
1) Assess and collaborate – We perform a comprehensive assessment and collaborate with your loved one’s care teams
2) Individualized Care Plan – We create customer care plans that evolve over time to maximize success and safety at home.
3) Training – We train our caregivers using the Alzheimer’s Association endorsed training programs, including being certified in person-centered dementia care training programs from the Alzheimer’s Association.
4) Follow up and Oversight – Minute Women staff will provide oversight over the phone and in-person to caregivers and family members on a regular basis.
