The Alliance stands for high quality, agency managed care within a regulatory framework that protects patient/client safety. Their members attest that they adhere to their Code of Business Ethics. Oakley Home Access operates with Fall Prevention, Accessibility, and Aging-In-Place as our core values. We offer  Free Home Safety Evaluations, completed by an Occupational Therapist/ aging-in-place-specialist. We then provide a personalized recommendation list. Common modifications include Grabbars, Ramps, StairLifts, TubCuts, Bathroom Adaptive Equipment , Custom Railings & more. Grant programs are available for individuals that we can discuss during the assessment. We focus on spreading awareness in the community, and educating on steps to improve overall safety in the home. We understand the love people have for their homes; it is important to know there are simple modifications to help facilitate aging-in-place.
